Abstract
Cilj: Cilj ovog rada je prikaz specifičnosti zdravstvene njege bolesnika kod transplantacije bubrega. Opis slučaja: Bolesnik od 46 godina primljen je na Zavod za urologiju. Nakon obrade bolesnika proveden je postupak transplantacije. Tijekom boravka kroz proces zdravstvene njege bolesnika definirane su sljedeće sestrinske dijagnoze: anksioznost prije operativnog zahvata, visok rizik za infekciju, visok rizik za poremećaj respiracijske funkcije, bol, visok rizik za dehidraciju nakon zahvata te visok rizik za krvarenje i odbacivanje transplantiranog organa. Dobro postavljenim planom provedene su intervencije te su svi planovi pozitivno evaluirani, a potrebe su bolesnika ispunjene. Bolesnik se otpušta kući na daljnji oporavak educiran o svim mogućim komplikacijama, lijekovima te potrebnoj prilagodbi životnih navika. Zaključak: Zdravstvena njega bolesnika kod transplantacije bubrega važan je čimbenik za uspješnost samog postupka i dobro stanje bolesnika. Medicinska sestra je prva do bolesnika prije i nakon transplantacije bubrega. Ona je ta koja bolesniku pruža potporu, educira te preuzima ulogu savjetnika, a time doprinosi bržem oporavku bolesnika.
Abstract (english)
Objective: The objective of this paper is to present the specifics of healthcare for kidney transplant patients. Case report: A 46-year-old patient was admitted to the Department of Urology. After treating the patient, the transplantation was carried out. During the patient's stay, the following nursing diagnoses were defined: anxiety before surgery, high risk of infection, high risk of respiratory function disorder, pain, high risk of dehydration after the procedure, and high risk of bleeding and rejection of the transplanted organ. Interventions were carried out with a well-laid out plan; all plans were positively evaluated, and the patient's needs were met. The patient was discharged for further recovery at home, instructed about all possible complications, medications and the necessary adjustment of lifestyle habits. Conclusion: Healthcare for kidney transplant patients is an important factor for the success of the procedure itself and the well-being of the patient. The nurse is the first to see the patient before and after a kidney transplantation. She is the one who provides support to the patient, instructs them and assumes the role of a consultant, thereby contributing to a faster recovery of the patient.
