Abstract
CILJ ISTRAŽIVANJA: Ispitati i prikazati zadovoljstvo bolesnika preoperativnih usluga dnevne bolnice Opće kirurgije Kliničke bolnice Dubrava. USTROJ STUDIJE: Provedeno je presječno istraživanje. ISPITANICI I METODE: Ispitanike su činili bolesnici koji su prošli preoperativnu obradu kroz Dnevnu bolnicu Opće kirurgije pri Kliničkoj bolnici Dubrava. Uzorak je činio 111 ispitanika koji su dobrovoljno pristali sudjelovati u istraživanju. Sudjelovanje u istraživanju je bilo potpuno anonimno te je provedeno kroz svibanj 2022. godine. REZULTATI: Najviše ispitanika je bilo ženskog spola u dobi od 31 – 45 godina starosti. Ispitanici su generalno zadovoljni pruženom preoperativnom obradom kroz Dnevnu bolnicu Opće kirurgije Kliničke bolnice Dubrava. Nije pronađena statistički značajna razlika glede loših iskustava ili loše pruženom skrbi za vrijeme preoperativne obrade. ZAKLJUČAK: Rezultati ovog istraživanje mogli bi imati važne implikacije na praksu preoperativnog sestrinskog pristupa. Na temelju ukupnih ocjena zadovoljstva, možemo zaključiti da je preoperativna sestrinska skrb ispunila očekivanja bolesnika. Vjerujemo da se dobri rezultati dobiveni u ovom istraživanju mogu pripisati sustavnom procesu preoperativne sestrinske skrbi koji se provodi u našoj bolnici. U tom smislu naš se sustav može smatrati primjerom dobro osmišljenog procesa preoperativne skrbi za ostale zdravstvene ustanove.
Abstract (english)
OBJECTIVES: To examine and show the satisfaction of patients in the preoperative services of the day hospital of General Surgery of the Clinical Hospital Dubrava. STUDY STRUCTURE: A cross-sectional study was conducted. RESPONDENTS AND METHODS: Subjects consisted of patients who underwent preoperative treatment through the Day Hospital of General Surgery at the Clinical Hospital Dubrava. The sample consisted of 111 respondents who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study. Participation in the survey was completely anonymous and was conducted through May 2022. RESULTS: Most of the respondents were female aged 31-45 years. Respondents are generally satisfied with the preoperative treatment provided through the General Surgery Day Hospital of the Dubrava Clinical Hospital. No statistically significant difference was found regarding bad experiences or poorly provided care during preoperative treatment. CONCLUSION: The results of this research could have important implications for the practice of preoperative nursing approach. Based on overall satisfaction ratings, we can conclude that preoperative nursing care met patients ’expectations. We believe that the good results obtained in this research can be attributed to the systematic process of preoperative nursing care that is carried out in our hospital. In this sense, our system can be considered an example of a welldesigned preoperative care process for other health care facilities.
