Objective: examination of the attitudes of first and fourth grade students on COVID-19 vaccination, examination of student vaccination and examination whether there is a statistically significant difference in the attitudes of respondents with regard to the education of parents, the sex of the respondents and the environment from which they come (village/town). Subjects and methods: cross-sectional study on 111 subjects of both sexes. The data used were obtained by an anonymous survey and all respondents signed the consent to participate in the survey, while for juvenile subjects, the consent was also signed by the parents. The research was carried out at the Gymnasium of Ivan Zakmardija Dijankovečki in Križevci and the Križevci Student Dormitory. Results: out of the total number of subjects (N=111), 48.6 % (N=54) were female and 49.5 % (N=55) were male. Two respondents declare as the rest. A statistically significant difference was observed in all aspects of the VAX scale with regard to the class, where the attitudes of first graders towards the results of the X2 test and the higher mean are more negative. There is more vaccination in fourth graders. With regard to the place of residence, students living in the countryside have a more negative opinion about vaccination and consider the risk of side effects to be higher than the usefulness of vaccination. According to the level of education of parents, it was found that respondents whose mothers have a lower level of education have a more negative opinion about vaccination. Conclusion: A statistically significant difference was found in the attitudes of the subjects with regard to the class they attend, the environment from which they come and the professional qualifications of the parents. It was also found that vaccination was higher among fourthgraders than the first grades.
