Abstract
Cilj rada: Cilj je ovog završnog rada opisati osobitosti slučaja zdravstvene njege bolesnika s dubokom venskom trombozom kao komplikacijom kod osoba oboljelih od bolesti COVID- 19. Opis slučaja: Bolesnica je primljena na Kliniku za infektologiju zbog pogoršanja općeg stanja uslijed infekcije bolešću COVID-19. Nakon deset dana boravka u Klinici za infektologiju premještena je na Zavod za bolesti srca i krvnih žila jer je zamijećen otok desne noge koja je na dodir topla. Obaviješten je liječnik koji nakon odrađene dijagnostičke obrade postavlja i potvrđuje dijagnozu duboke venske tromboze. Među mnoštvom tegoba s kojima se bolesnica susretala, isticali su se: isprekidan san, smanjena mogućnost brige o sebi, visoki rizici za dekubitus, krvarenje i pad, neučinkovito disanje, tjeskoba, duboka venska tromboza. Odgovarajuće provedenim i planiranim intervencijama svi planovi su pozitivno evaluirani te su potrebe bolesnice zadovoljene. Zaključak: Duboka venska tromboza složena je i opasna bolest čije komplikacije bolesnika mogu odvesti u smrt. Pravovremenom intervencijom moguće je provesti odgovarajuće postupke u njezi i liječenju bolesnika kako bi se spriječio nastanak komplikacija. Liječenje duboke venske tromboze provodi se u nekoliko faza i traje i nakon samog otpusta bolesnika iz bolnice, stoga osim pri hospitalizaciji, medicinska sestra treba bolesnika i njegovu obitelj i prije otpusta iz bolnice educirati o primjeni terapije, očekivanim rezultatima i važnosti redovitih kontrola.
Abstract (english)
Objectives: The objective of this final paper is to describe the particularities of the case of health care for a patient with deep vein thrombosis as a complication in people suffering from the disease COVID-19. Case description: The patient was hospitalized at the clinic for infectious diseases due to worsening of her general condition because of the infection with COVID-19. After ten days of hospitalization in the clinic for infectious diseases she was transferred to the department of cardiovascular diseases after a swelling of the right leg was noticed, which felt warm. The doctor was informed and after the diagnostic processing he confirmed the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis. Among many problems the patient encountered she was experiencing sleep disturbances, limited ability to care for herself, high risk for pressure ulcers, bleeding and falls, inefficient breathing, anxiety and the underlying condition of deep vein thrombosis. With appropriately implemented and planned interventions all plans were positive evaluated and the patient's needs were met. Conclusion: Deep vein thrombosis is a complex and dangerous disease whose complications can lead to patient death. With early intervention it is possible to take appropriate steps in patient care and treatment to prevent complications. The treatment of deep vein thrombosis is carried out in several steps and continues even after the patient is discharged from the hospital. Therefore, before the patient is discharged from the hospital the nurse should educate the patient and family about the use of therapy, the expected results and the importance of regular monitoring.
