Abstract
Uvod: Bolesti srca se nalaze na prvome mjestu po smrtnosti u svijetu. Akutni infarkt miokarda označava opstruirani dotok krvi u srce, a samim time i nastanak ishemije. Bolesti srca i krvnih žila nastaju kao posljedica aterosklerotskih promjena u stijenci krvne žile. Osnovni znak akutnog koronarnog sindroma je bol u prsištu koja može biti probadajuća, tupa ili poput pritiska sa širenjem u lijevu ruku. Cilj: Zbog velike smrtnosti najvažnije je znati prepoznati znakove, znati potrebnu terapiju, ali i znati prevenirati bolest. Ovo nam govori da naše znanje može nekome spasiti život. Također, važno je znati procijeniti vlastiti rizik od opasnosti za infarkt i pokušati prepoznati vlastite čimbenike rizika za nastanak ove bolesti. Trebamo potaknuti javnost na poduzimanje učinkovitih mjera opreza, te na taj način doprinositi smanjenju stope srčanog udara u svijetu. Razrada: Tim hitne medicinske pomoći predstavlja jednu od glavnih karika prilikom zbrinjavanja bolesnika sa akutnom bolesti srca. Brzi dolazak tima hitne medicine označava brzi početak liječenje bolesnika. Samim time se podrazumijeva da osoblje mora biti dobro educirano, te zna brzo djelovati. Od izuzetne je važnosti rano prepoznati znakove bolesti kada dođemo u kontakt sa takvim bolesnikom, bilo to na ulici ili na hitnom prijamu, te ne gubiti vrijeme. Zaključak: Svaka medicinska sestra ili tehničar koja radi u ovome području medicine mora znati kako zbrinuti takvoga bolesnika. Medicinska sestra/tehničar predstavlja jednu od glavnih uloga u prepoznavanju znakova bolesti i samog liječenja bolesnika. Medicinska sestra sudjeluje i u rehabilitaciji takvih bolesnika, čak i kada oni budu otpušteni iz bolnice. Liječenje bolesnika ne prestaje nikada, oni uče živjeti u skladu sa mogućnostima i što moguće zdravije, a na nama je da im to omogućimo.
Abstract (english)
Background: Heart diseases are the leading cause of death in the world. An acute myocardial infarction means obstructed blood flow to the heart, and thus the occurence of ischemia. Diseases of the heart and blood vessels occur as a result of atherosclerotic changes in the artery. The main sign of acute coronary syndrome is pain in the chest that can be piercing, dull or pressure-like, spreading to the left arm. Aim: Due to the high mortality, it is most important to know how to recognize the signs, to know the necessary therapy, but also to know how to prevent the disease. This tells us that our knowledge can save someone's life. Also, it is important to know how to assess your own risk of heart attack and try to recognize your own risk factors for the onset of this disease. We need to encourage the public to take effective precautions, and in this way contribute to reducing the rate of heart attacks in the world. Discussion: The emergency medical team is one of the main links in the treatment of patients with acute heart disease. The rapid transport of the emergency medicine team means the rapid start of the treatment of the patient. This means that the medical staff must be well educated and know how to act quickly. It is extremely important to recognize the signs of illness early when we come into contact with such a patient, be it on the street or at the emergency room, and not to waste time. Conclusion: Every nurse or technician working in this field of medicine must know how to take care of such a patient. The nurse/technician plays one of the main roles in recognizing the signs of illness and treating the patient. The nurse also participates in the rehabilitation of such patients, even when they are discharged from the hospital. The treatment of patients never ends, they learn to live in accordance with their possibilities and as healthily as possible, and it is up to us to make this possible for them.
