Objectives: To examine women’s opinions about the factors influencing women’s mental health during midwifery. Study design: Cross-sectional study. Participants and methods: The study included 396 women in the status of motherhood. An anonymous survey created in the Google Forms software was conducted. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of three parts: sociodemographic data and general data on the environment and the media, the impact of the environment on the mental health of women during midwifery and the impact of the media on the mental health of women during midwifery. Results: The opinion of the respondents about the impact of the environment on the mental health of women during midwifery depends on qualifications, employment, and marital status. The connection between the respondents’ opinions about the impact of the environment on the mental health of women during midwifery depends on the number of children and the respondents’ age, but not on the time daily spent on the media. The opinion of the respondents about the impact of the media on the mental health of women during midwifery depends on qualifications, employment, but not on marital status. The connection between the respondents’ opinion on the impact of the media on the mental health of women during midwifery depends on the number of children, the time daily spent on media and the age of the respondents. Conclusion: The impact of the environment on the mental health of women during midwifery depends on sociodemographic factors, while the environment is not correlated with the time spent on social media. The impact of the media on the mental health of women during midwifery depends on certain sociodemographic factors and the time daily spent on the media.
