Aim of the research: To examine the relationship between the working environment and the quality of life of nurses and technicians, and to determine the differences and connections between the investigated variables. Study design: Cross-sectional study. Respondents and methods: The examined sample includes 100 respondents belonging to the target population. Participation was voluntary, and it was carried out through social networks. The survey questionnaire was created and used for the purpose of research, and the time required to complete it was about 10 minutes. Results: Significant differences were observed in satisfaction with interpersonal relationships, job satisfaction, satisfaction with friendliness of superiors and work organization There are differences in satisfaction with interpersonal relationships with regards to the gender of the respondents. Differences are observed in job satisfaction, satisfaction with the friendliness of superiors, organization and interpersonal relations with regards to how the respondents feel after their shift. There is a difference in job satisfaction, satisfaction with the friendliness of superiors, organization of work, interpersonal relations and life satisfaction with regards to whether the respondents have any ailments. Job satisfaction, satisfaction with work organization, salary and interpersonal relationships are negatively related to feeling anxious when going to work and positively related to feeling safe at the workplace. Satisfaction with the friendliness of superiors is negatively related to age and feeling anxious when going to work, while it is positively related to feeling safe at the workplace. Life satisfaction is negatively related to feeling anxious when going to work and age, and positively related to feeling safe. Conclusion: It was determined that there is a connection between the quality of life of nurses and the working environment, as well as job and life satisfaction.
